Composition
- Oxytetracycline dihydrate
- Excipient q.s.f
Indications
- It is used to fight against many gram-positive and negative bacterium sensitive to Oxytetracycline such as Bordetella spp., Actinomyces spp., Pasteurella spp., Streptococcus spp., and some Mycoplasma, Rickettsia, protozoa, and Chlamydia in sheep, cattle, and goat.
- It is used in respiratory and urinary system infections and secondary bacterial infections.
Dosage and Administration
- For intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.
- Cattle, sheep, goats: 1ml per 15kg body weight.
- Once a day for 3 - 5 days.
- Maximum volume administered per injection site 15ml.
Handling and Storage
- Store at a dry and cool place, and protect from light, at below 30oC.
