Warranty Policy

All products distributed by vibo.vn will be warranted.

1. Warranty period

-The warranty period will depend on each product and according to the general policy of each airline/agent

2. Warranty conditions:

- Products will be warranted if the following conditions are met

a. Products still in the warranty period

b. Warranty card full of information: model, serial number, date of manufacture, name of customer used, phone number, address, date of purchase ... Warranty card must be intact, not torn, erased. .With products that apply for warranty card. For products not apply the coupon will be based on the date of manufacture on the product body.

c. Damage due to component quality or manufacturing process error.

d. The product is not in the case of a void of warranty.

3. Cases not covered

1. In case PBH is lost, not intact, torn, erased, or lost purchase vouchers

2. Product disassembled or modified by the user

3. The product is not installed correctly according to the instruction manual or technician

4. The product is damaged by impact, humidity, explosion ..

5. Damage caused by accidental disassembly, repair or replacement of the product with non-genuine parts or components

6. Damage to electrical, electronic products that do not comply with the product's operating parameters such as voltage, frequency

7. Damage caused by the installation of the product in a corrosive environment (coastal area, near hot springs ...)

8. Errors arising from the use of water sources that do not meet Vietnam's standards for domestic water

9. WARRANTY WILL BE CHARGED IF THE PRODUCT IS EXPIRED OF WARRANTY
